Good questions.
Fresh answers.
A few things to know before you
leave the laundry to us.
How does pickup and delivery work?
Choose your service, estimate your bags and request a pickup. Once your address and route availability are checked, we confirm a pickup window. We collect your bags, wash, dry and fold your laundry, then bring it back to your door.
Where is WashDrop available?
We serve Chilliwack, British Columbia. We’ll confirm your address and pickup window before accepting a booking.
How is my final price calculated?
Wash-and-fold laundry is charged by its actual weight after pickup, subject to the service minimum. Standard is $2.50/lb with a $35 laundry minimum; Express is $3.25/lb with a $45 laundry minimum. A separate $5 per-order fee covers one pickup and one return delivery. Estimates assume 10 lb per bag. All prices are in CAD, before applicable taxes.
How soon will I get my laundry back?
Standard has a 48-hour turnaround target and Express has a 24-hour target. Availability, pickup windows and turnaround are confirmed individually; these are targets, rather than guaranteed delivery times.
Can I choose fragrance-free detergent?
Yes. Choose regular or fragrance-free detergent. You can also share care preferences and pickup instructions with your request.
What about comforters and special-care items?
Comforters, blankets and bath mats are priced individually, separate from laundry charged by weight. Ask us about standalone items and Express handling when you request pickup. WashDrop is a wash, dry and fold service; dry-cleaning and special-care requirements need to be checked before pickup.
